Great little arts district when you'd like to take a stroll. Galleries, shops, bakeries, food, coffee, yoga, museum, gardens - it's got a ton of variety all packed into one punch. First Fridays of the month are big events, and they frequently host other special street fair events in the bandshell park. All the businesses are small, independently owned and operated, so Sundays are not usually the best time to visit.
Needs to be cleaned up in my opinion! Not impressed at all! The park right next to it is a known drug dealing area and it is next to a high crime area. Be very careful at night especially with your kids! I’ve been a life long resident and I know the bad areas and its right next to it! Sad being on the river and all! If it weren’t for the hood neighboring it, it would have potential!
Great district. Tons of new places opening and moving here. Look out for Traditionals Cuts Shaves and Brews. A barbershop and craft beer and wine lounge with amazing art displayed. With a dark lounge experience.
Lots of homeless people! Beware! Had my little ones out there during the day and they approached them! Also dirty needles seen on the ground. Drug ridden area. Sad because it had potential at one point.
Great area, wonderful festival, free wifi. Great spot to hang out
