I really wanted to love this place. They are so conveniently located and inexpensive, but the lack of communication from the staff is just unacceptable. Before I stored my car here, I emailed with questions; I received an initial response but then no answer to a follow-up question. I decided to go ahead and store my car here anyway because there aren't a lot of other options in the area.

When I returned to the US, I emailed a week ahead of time to let them know when I would be picking up my car. Again, no response to my email, and the day I arrived the employee at the desk said he hadn't gotten the message that I was coming so my car wasn't ready.
Every time you walk into the office, all of the employees are sitting at their computers, so there's really no excuse for them not returning a simple email.
Because I was storing my car for over three months, I requested that they remote-start it once every week or so and let it run for 10 minutes to keep the battery from dying. I emailed from India to make sure they remembered to do this and again got no response. I had to have a friend in the US call to check on it; they confirmed that they had received my email but just hadn't bothered to respond.
