Working with Spa King was a terrific experience ! From the staff being very experienced and knowledgeable! These guys even know how to troubleshoot any issue or question you can think of. The purchase process and delivery were very accommodating and easy! Highly recommend working with spa king! I love my spa and use it every day !
Buying a hot tub from the SPA KING was an excellent decision. Jim was kind enough to show me around the large selection they had in their warehouse until I was comfortable choosing the one that was right for me and my family. He exceeded my customer service expectations, making himself available for questions after hours while I learned my new spa. I feel comfortable knowing that in the future if I needed questions answered, no doubt he would make himself available. It's obvious to a consumer that these are good people selling good products
My husband and I recently purchased a new therapy hot tub from The Spa King. I have to say it was one of the most pleasant purchasing experiences we have had in a long time! Jim was extremely knowledgeable and listened to everything we needed in a hot tub. We both have back and neck issues and Jim made sure he only showed us tubs that would be both enjoyable and therapeutic. He was not a "pushy" salesperson and did not try to over-sell us a tub that wouldn't be beneficial to us. Jim's customer service and follow up with us has been phenomenal. He has gone out of his way to make sure that we are 100% satisfied with our investment. He has been pleasant every time I've called to ask any questions- his customer service has been above and beyond! I would highly recommend to everyone to go see Jim if they are in need of a hot tub for either therapeutic reasons or just for the shear enjoyment! This has been an investment that will be around for many years to come!
The Spa King went above and beyond in meeting my expectations. Benjamin Levy in particular took plenty of time over two separate occasions to meet with me to discuss which spa was the best fit for my wife and her bad back. The last time we met he actually stayed with me at the end of a long day to make sure I was making the best choice in spa. He also orchestrated a timely delivery and set up an appointment with an electrician to be sure I surprised her on our anniversary. Needless to say, she was very much surprised with the spa and its therapeutic benefits. I was especially pleased with the tremendous deal I got after shopping around at three other places in Melbourne. One of the things I appreciated the most from Benjamin was his follow-up call after the spa was delivered to make sure my wife and I were pleased. No pressure sales, above and beyond service, a great deal, and a quality spa (LE 630) will keep me singing praises for the Spa King for years to come. Thanks for making it happen Ben.
bought my spa in may of 2015 first year seal goes out and they send someone to replace it they totally break corners of the cabinet few months later they send replacements the pump goes again they send there guys out to replace it summer of 2016 now summer on 2017 1 yr later pump goes again I understand the spa has a 2 yr warranty but the pump should of had its own warranty I email them I get a reply that it may be air locked already checked for that let them know that no reply basically I wasn't going to get any help with this or a warranty on the pump so now today I have a Local spa dealer at my house replacing the motor because its bad again. spa king wants to sell you a spa but beware if there's problems they don't want to fix or solve the issues, and if you do get lucky enough to get it fixed or replaced takes weeks to get someone out to your house to fix it. I wasn't thinking when I bought my spa that I was buying a yard ornament. 700.00 later never again buy local
