I had major migraines that I would get upwards of 5 times a month. My doctor recommended physical therapy so I gave it a try. I could feel the difference immediately. I went through 12 sessions and have not had a migraine since - this is over 6 months ago! I was having 4-5 migraines a month and now I've been migraine free since April! The staff is great and they all take the time to educate you on your care - the to do's and not to do's - and set you up with a great maintenance plan to keep you feeling your best. They also have clinics everywhere so I had my choice of a clinic close to my house or close to work! I would highly recommend Beachside for anyone that needs physical therapy!
