Very bad experience today. Ordered 3 bacon cheeseburgers. All three under cooked and no bacon. I ordered all the way with a few more fixings. They forgot the shroons and onions on mine. Daughter had lettuce and ketcup only, they screwed that up also.
This place is truly a gem. Fast and friendly customer service every time I visit, and the food is always fresh, hot, and literally mouth watering! Today was the first time I tried a milkshake here, and it is HANDS DOWN the best I've had. I can't believe I haven't tried one all these years! Plus this place definitely doesn't brake the bank. It deserves every one of the five stars I rated it. If you haven't been here, you haven't lived life !

I'd heard good things about Five Guys and last night I decided to give it a try. In short, I was underwhelmed and more than a bit disappointed.
Truth be told, the whole experience was completely unmemorable. This not to say it tasted bad, but it didn't really taste like anything beyond what one might get at your average school tuck-shop, if that.
The burgers themselves where watery and bland, as if the patties had not been spiced in any way at all. The buns were flat, damp, lifeless and the sauces where tasteless. You could liken it to eating a soggy pickle flavoured sandwich with the essence of meat.
Once a month there is a car show on Thursday in the 5Guys parking lot. Parking right in front is kinda goofy- I suggest you park down by the nail spa and frozen yogurt place for a more positive parking experience. Besides it will help you walk off the calories you take in at 5Gyz
I honestly fail to see what all the fuss is about. I am from South Africa and I could, in all honesty, go to just about any burger restaurant there and get something with more flavour and substance to it.
Terrible. Ordered online and went to pick up. Got there and gave them my name. Waited an additional twenty-five minutes just to find out my order was sitting on a shelf. Got handed the bag to my dismay. I requested they remake the burgers as they were sitting so long. Was told they were fine and I could bring them back if not satisfied. Seriously? The order isn't correct and the bread is liquified. Burgers going in the trash. Terrible customer service and quality control. Definitely won't return.
The fries were just as damp and life-less. The the presentation was lackluster with the brown bags where falling apart due to soaking up both the moisture and the grease the food gave off.
