Someone needs to teach them how to make an anti-pasta salad. I was offended when I saw mine. Usually the meats and cheeses are rolled together. They were ripped into tiny little pieces/shreds and there were maybe 2 slices worth of salami and provolone and both tasted cheap! I was also shocked to see that their dressing wasn't made but in a pouch. To sum it up, it was a TON of lettuce with very little toppings in the corner, 2 slices of salami and provolone cheese ripped up, and a pouch of dressing. On to the pizza, meh. Not a fan of how they cut the pizza into tiny bite size pieces. I got the thin crust. Wasn't expecting a paper pizza. It was cardboard and way thinner than expected. I read the reviews before ordering and was really excited to try the place out. Disappointing. The only positive thing I have to say is how driver who delivered was extremely friendly.
Moved to the area a year ago and finally found a really good pizza. I live a mile away and never noticed it. Saw a delivery vehicle. Very good dough and excellent cheese. Delivered within 20 min. Definitely will be a regular.
Love their pizza and prefer it over any other place locally. Today i ordered pizza online and the website said the authorization failed. I went into the Babcock location and spoke with a Manager Matt Frances. Matt was very unprofessional, he never bothered to ask for proof of payment just stated that "it wasn't his problem and nothing he could do about it" as he is talking to me he is laughing. What a joke for management. I had to get loud to get anything accomplished. Matt also said " i don't give a f**k about this job that much" upset because because I want him to fix my issue. There are to many people out here looking for work to have someone is management that is not willing to help a PAYING customer. I can't say I responded well because i didn't but to have someone laugh in your face when your he should fixing the problem does not work for me. I will have to find a new Marcos..
False advertising on price. Website showed 2 pizza deal for 21.99. So we go there and I specifically tell the girl, I want the two pizza deal for 21.99. One meat lover and one pepperoni. She rings it up as two separate pizzas. I told her no that's not right. She informed me they do not honor the online special. Long story short, the mgr came and took care of it. My first and last time eating at Marcos. After that it didn't matter how the pizza tasted. WARNING check your receipt before signing it!
Delicious and affordable pizza. Service is prompt and they often send good coupons in the mail. Last year, they even had a special at our apartment complex where one day of the month we'd get half off our entire order! The Chicken Florentine pizza in incredible, and their portions are generous.
