Would be 5 stars, but they dont enforce the fire line out front. I understand dropping off. But, people leave their car in front of the building the whole time. Really dangerous. People think theyre the only people on the planet. Me, & my GF have been coming here for over a year. There's no other place to do your laundry! They're constantly cleaning the store, machines get fixed, and if you come during the week. You're going to have no wait(Weekends are busy! They have enough machines to handle the rush!) T.V.s, and cold cold A/C while you do your laundry! When you come and its busy and the door is opening a lot, you're not going to notice the A/C as much!
Washing machines are set up to use a SMALL amount of water that is NOT ENOUGH to clean clothing properly! That's why there prices are somewhat low... Also the staff can be very bossy in a "not so rude" way. They also have signs that say 10 minute parking in front of their entrance and that is illegal Because that's a fire zone (so technically they are making you break the law.). Needless to say that's not how you do business!
While we lived in an apartment and didn't have a washer and dryer to use we used this place. The staff was always polite and accommodating. The washers and dryers are efficient and clean. I found the pricing to be high, but then again I'm not used to using a laundry facility, however the price for them doing your laundry themselves was reasonable. I would definitely use this place again if I had to.
Machines are working and new and consistent in terms of adding your soap liquids or powders. Friendly service. Drying can be fast.
I was there on a Tuesday. The place is extremely clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The only thing I did not like were the stream of cars parked in front of the building.
