Three star review, it was my first time going into a Benjamin Moore store and I had to go in there multiple times, the first time was great I found the color I wanted and got a test can of that tried it at home and it was perfect, I went back to the store to get a full can of that exact test color and it was not the same color. I had already used a quarter to a half a gallon before I realized it was not the same color as the test can. So I had to go back in there and they had to fix the paint I had left over to get it to the color we needed. I ended up not being able to finish my master bedroom because of having to paint over the mistake color with what I had left so I had to go into the store again and buy more paint. The first can of paint was 44$ and the second can of paint was 47$ I have no idea why I was charged more for the second can as all this was not my fault to begin with, thankfully I had a can of primer unopened they allowed me to return to help pay for the second can of paint. But still ended up paying a lot for two cans of paint. The entire time throughout this process I'm sorry to say they were unprofessional and acted as if most of everything was my fault. I do not know much about paint but I do know if it is your job, you do everything to make sure the customer gets what they paid for without acting as if I was the problem. I'm sorry to say this is the last time I'll ever go back in there. If I ever need another Benjamin Moore paint color I will be traveling to merritt island or rockledge now.
