My Girl friend went to get acrylic nails and we are extremely dissatisfied. When getting her nails done the "nail technician" accidentally put glue on her nail and had to cut a majority of the nail off and then filed the rest way down to fix his mistake. My girl friend is an extremely kind woman and did not want to cause a scene but when she approached the manager she was met a rude individual who blamed everything on her. When I called, I asked if I was speaking g to the manager and he responded with idk and then yes sure that could be me. Since I could not have him fix the issue I asked who may or may not be the manager for some sort of finical compensation he said he would give $10 on her next visit yet would NOT provide any physical form of the discount. He only stated, "ya, I rememba her. I no forget faces. Next time she come in I give $10 off. When asking for a physical form of his promise he responded, "no, I no do this. Next time just come down and see me." Terrible experience will be taking business else where.
If I could rate it lower I would. We had an appt., called a week ahead, for my birthday. Arrived 15-20 mins early. We sat in the pedicure chairs as they pointed us to do. We sat, and sat and sat. Meanwhile customers were walking in, sitting, getting their water filled etc. Finally, 40 mins after arrival they started the very cold water, threw in the blue water tablets which splashed everyone including my pants and shoes on the floor. We started again for nearly 20 mins, which can be normal to get your feet ready, however the water like an ice bath at this point. I finally had a staff member close enough to ask what is going on.. Reminded we had an appt and he said oh sorry, they have appts. I said Yea so did we 40 mins ago... He said sorry they are coming soon. Meanwhile 4 people were served while we were waiting. I finally asked for a towel, which they jumped right on and we left. Totally unprofessional. Also they set timers so they will rush to get you done. Hence another reason we left. I was not having my fiance pay the 72$ for a deluxe VIP treatment. Ridiculous! When we walked out one girl said sorry, while the male at the counter looked at us and laughed. Totally unacceptable.
Ask for Masa. She is so nice and professional. I always enjoy having my pedi and mani by her. She is superb!
I'm thinking he negative reviews are coming from jealous competitors. This is an excellent spa. Lovely technicians. Excellent value.
Walked in with my sister to get my pedicure and both of our eyebrows done. While she’s finishing my pedicure, I ask where do I go for my brows and she says everyone is gone who does them. I asked did they at least do my sister’s brows while she was waiting on me to finish with my pedi and they said no. The owner says that I should have said something and that I should have reminded them. I explained to him that the woman, who sat at the front desk on her phone when I walked in, asked and I told her what we wanted. How am I to know that none of y’all in here can do eyebrows? And how am I to know that I have to remind y’all about a service I asked for when I walked in? Y’all could have at least done my sister’s while she was waiting, but y’all dropped the ball on that too. Won’t be here anymore.
