NEW FLORIST AS OF MAY AMAZING ARRANGEMENTS
4/22/2013-Still no flowers, no phone call, no explanation.
I placed an order on Friday evening online for a Saturday delivery. Saturday morning I had not received a confirmation email and a charge had not appeared on my credit card. I called the florist Saturday morning (10:17, their voice mail stated they open at 10) to make sure my order was received and that it would be delivered that day. Nobody answered the phone, so I left a message. At noon I had not received a call back so I call again. This time a woman answered the phone and said, "Yes, we received your order and it will be delivered this afternoon." As of 5:30 the order had still not been delivered. At this point I call again, the florist says, "I am on my way, should be there in 30 minutes." Guess what? THE ORDER WAS NEVER DELIVERED! Very disappointed, will NEVER use this florist again.
This flower shop has to be one of the most coolest places I have ever shopped, besides the pet Lemurs, wild parrots and a koi pond that is being built. The Designer is willing to work with to create something special for you .... Great Place you need to stop in and see this place !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
