Everyone at Palms Pointe Family Dentistry is very helpful and understanding. I switched from the dentist I’ve had for 3 years to Palms Pointe Family Dentistry because I was not happy with the customer care that was at my old dentist. I did a lot of research and found that this dentistry had really good reviews and when I came in for my appointment I was treated with nothing but care and respect! It is hard to find good customer service anymore now days but I was able to find it here!! They were quick but at the same time took the time to make sure that I understood everything they were doing and what their plan was. I will never go anywhere else!! They really make you feel at home there!

Great dentist, very friendly too
I have never been so at ease going to a dentist since I have seeing Dr watson. She is a pleasure to know and she makes you so comfortable when she works on your teeth. I like when she explains everything she is going to do. I highly recommend her to everyone I know that is looking for a great dentist. The staff she has is very friendly and helpful.

I wanted my son to see a dentist I knew I could trust because after reading SEVERAL reviews for pediatric dentist in my area I was left in complete fear that someone was going to pin my son down and shove instruments in his mouth! I use Palms Pointe Dentistry for myself and I know how amazing they are with me so I decided that there is no one else I'd be able to trust to do my sons first dental appointment. Upon arrival I only had to fill couple of forms vs the numerous forms most offices require. There was no wait at all!! They called my son right back and was so patient with him! While my son was checking out everything in the room they asked me my concerns and I informed them that he has an underbite and his teeth are coming in very close to eachother. Right away they began to ease my worries by informing me that he may outgrow these issues, after all he is only 22 months. They told me stories about their children and treated me more like a friend than a patient which is one of the many reasons why I love them so much. They genuinely care about all of their patience and take the time to be sure that they understand everything. It is amazing that they are always on time because they never seem rushed, they always spend as much time as needed with the patient to perform the exam and explain any findings or concerns. My 22 month old son did great for his first dental visit! They were extreemly patient with him and really put themselves in his shoes. Having kids of their own they really know how to handle young children. They even made a game about "Mr. Thirsty" (the water sucker). My son LOVED it. They said that anytime I come in for a visit myself to just bring my son and he can watch mommy get her teeth cleaned and maybe he'll decide that he wants his teeth cleaned like mommy. The dentist even told me that I could e-mail her any questions I have!! That is true customer service!! I've never met a dentist that is so good with their patience! Just knowing that if I have any questions or concerns I can just type her an e-mail and she will respond makes all the difference! At Palms Pointe Family Dentistry they really make you feel like a part of the family! Thank you Palms Pointe for being such a huge help! It's nice to know that I finally have a dentist I can trust!
